Administration Office

The Administration Office has responsibility for the smooth running of the Centre's administrative and financial processes. Provides administrative, clerical, event organization and budget planning support as required to the Director, the Steering Committee, the Principal Investigators and researchers, through all stages, from grant application to final reporting. Liaises with suppliers, sponsors and partners on behalf of CAST research groups and CAST facilities. Prepares and submits financial reports according to set deadlines. Coordinates with Departments and laboratories to obtain all required documentation relating to grantee terminations for timely financial report submission. Monitors and mitigates monthly over-expenditure reports in order that these are addressed on a timely basis. Assists the Director and the Steering Committee with the development and implementation of University policies and standard administrative procedures.
